Creating a Package Order

Log in to the uludagpaket.com website from your internet browser.

Go to the online order page using the order link.

Choose what you want from the products listed in the menu.

After ticking the mandatory options for the products you selected, click the add to my order button.

After adding the products you want to the cart, click on view cart at the bottom of the page.

Check the products in your cart, edit them and if everything is OK, click continue payment.

You can log in to your site account or create a new account from the log in text at the top of the page.

If you click on the sign in button, you can log in to your Uludağ Package account or create a new account from the page that opens.

After writing your address, select the appropriate option. Please fill in the information below, such as apt, floor, flat.

Enter your contact information completely in the relevant fields.

Choose how you want to pay for your order. You can choose iyzico to pay online, or pay at the door by credit card or cash.

1- You can see the products in your order from the View order section.

2- If everything is OK, accept the terms and conditions and click on the submit order button.

When you finish viewing the order, follow the procedure in part 2 of the previous step.

Your order has been created.
You can view your order summary on this page. All of your order information will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.

Other Transactions

Undoing or Cancelling Transactions Made

When viewing product information and shopping cart, you can return to previous screens by clicking the x icon at the top right of the screen.

You can return to the first page from the 'Return to Menu' text at the top right of the screen on the member login, address information, contact information, payment information and order summary pages.

Making Changes to Order Information

As long as the user does not complete the order, he can make any changes he wants to the order content.

After the order is created, the user can make the desired changes by calling +90 212 624 95 90, provided that the order has not been prepared.

Making Changes to User Information

Address Change: Users can manage the address information they have saved for future orders at any time from the account/my addresses page.
